Absolutely! Dail is designed to answer calls at any time, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. This ensures that you never miss an important lead or urgent request. With Dail, your business is always open.

Does Dail sound real?

Yes, Dail can sound like a real person. You have the option to choose from three predefined voices or fully customize your own. This includes adjustments for gender, accent, language, friendliness, and tone, ensuring Dail aligns with your brand.

Dail can answer every call immediately, book, cancel, and reschedule appointments, and pre-qualify new clients. It also sends confirmations and reminders, updates your PMS or CRM automatically, and escalates urgent cases to staff instantly. What systems does Dail integrate?

Dail integrates with various phone systems like CloudTalk, HiHi, BT and Horizon/BTT, as well as PMS systems including Pearl, Dentrix and Dentally. We are constantly expanding our integrations, so if your system isn't listed, just ask! Dail ensures that all your tools work together seamlessly.

Is Dail secure and compliant?

Yes, Dail is fully GDPR-compliant and adheres to industry-specific regulations, including GDC standards for dental practices. All data is encrypted and securely hosted on EU servers. You can trust Dail to protect your clients' information.

Can Dail make calls?

Yes, Dail can make outbound calls to confirm appointments, fill cancelled slots, follow up on inquiries, or send reminders. This feature enhances client engagement and ensures that your schedule remains full. Dail acts as a proactive assistant for your business.

How much does Dail cost?

We offer three pricing plans to suit different needs: Pay-As-You-Go at £49/month plus £0.95/minute, Essential at £149/month with 100 minutes included and £0.55/min extra, and Growth at £299/month with 500 minutes included and £0.25/min extra. Each plan is designed to provide flexibility and value. Choose the one that best fits your business.

How long does it take to set up Dail?

Once you complete our onboarding flow and provide your details, we handle the rest. You’ll usually be up and running within a week of signing up. Your plan only starts billing from your first call.

What if Dail doesn’t know the answer to a question?

If Dail encounters a question it can’t answer, it will escalate the call to a human team member or take a message with all relevant details.

Does Dail replace my staff?

No. Dail is designed to support your staff by taking routine calls and admin off their plate, so they can focus on in-person work and higher-value tasks.
